The GSP Center located in Tagaytay City has a dormitory and training facilities. GSP Centers are largely subsidized by the National Office and are partly self-supporting in nature. Recently, however, there was a shift in policy and strategy intending to make the GSP National Centers independent, if not fully self-liquidating. To achieve this, the “Friends of Helena Z Benitez National Program and Training Center was created to oversee the realization of such an objective, for the Tagaytay Center.
Appointed Chairman of the Friends of Helena Z Benitez National Program and Training Center in Tagaytay City is Mrs. Josefina Olazo Reyes with Miss Lauaan V. Tamesis as Vice-Chairman.
